Which size should I choose?

Pick the range that matches your usual shoe size: Women's US 5–9 / AU 4–8 / EU 35–40, or Men's US 8–12 / AU 7–11 / EU 41–46. If you're between sizes, choose the larger range.

Will they fit my shoes?

Cloudsole insoles are made to replace the existing liner in sneakers, work shoes and everyday shoes. Remove the old liner, slip the insole in heel first and press it flat along the arch.

Do the massage pods take getting used to?

Yes, a little. Give your feet a few days to adjust to the raised pods.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free and tracked across Australia.

How long will my order take?

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. We'll email your tracking details once your order ships.

Can I return them?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back and we'll send return instructions. See our refund policy for details.

Why buy more than one pair?

Most people keep a pair in each pair of shoes they wear often. The 2 and 3 pair packs cost less per pair.
